Special Conditions

Special Conditions may be used (for example) to address operational, legal, regulatory, risk, tax, or onboarding requirements that are not fully covered by the General Conditions, Service Conditions, Fee Schedule, and all other documents constituting the Agreement.

Where agreed, the Special Conditions will be provided to the Client in writing (including electronically) and, unless expressly stated otherwise, form an integral part of the contractual relationship between the Company and the Client. In the event of any conflict, the Special Conditions shall prevail over the standard terms only to the extent necessary to address the specific matter described therein.
