Agreement
Section titled “Agreement” What is an Agreement? To enter into contractual relationships with the Company, the Client needs to conclude an Agreement with the Company.
General Conditions The General Conditions set out the terms and conditions applicable to the Agreement.
Service Conditions The Service Conditions set out the terms and conditions applicable to the Service.
Fee Schedule The Fee Schedule sets out the fees the Company charges for the Service(-s) provided.
Special Conditions The Special Conditions set out additional terms agreed individually between the Company and a Client.
