What is an Introducer?

An Introducer is a person or firm that:

  • Identifies and refers suitable prospective investors to Quantum Rise.
  • Does not provide investment advice or portfolio recommendations.
  • Is remunerated by Quantum Rise for successful, eligible introductions, subject to our terms and compliance checks.

Becoming an Introducer for Quantum Rise may be a good fit if you are:

  • A recently retired or deauthorised financial market participant who still has trusted relationships with clients.
  • An accountant, lawyer, business consultant, or other professional with a mass‑affluent client base.
  • A family office, multi‑family office, or wealth manager looking to signpost clients to specialist strategies without building everything in‑house.
  • A community, platform, club, or network with an engaged audience interested in investments.
  • A professional who wants to raise awareness of Quantum Rise’s products without stepping into the regulated advice role.
  • If you have clients, contacts, or an audience who could benefit from an institutional‑grade investment solution, the Introducer model can create a new revenue stream while strengthening your relationships.

By being introduced to Quantum Rise, your contacts can gain access to:

  • Ability to invest using high-frequency trading algorithms under the management of Quantum Rise.
  • A secure, modern online portal to view holdings, performance, and documentation in one place.
  • Transparent reporting, clear documentation, and a regulated framework.
  • A dedicated onboarding and support team.

For eligible introductions that result in investments with Quantum Rise, Introducers can receive:

  • Commission fees (agreed in advance).
  • Clear terms, documented arrangements, and complete reporting of referred business.
  • An arrangement structured to comply with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Any remuneration is always disclosed in line with regulatory requirements, and you remain strictly non‑advisory under our Introducer framework.
  • Not give personalised investment advice or recommend specific investment products.
  • Only introduce prospective clients (investors) who have consented to being contacted.
  • Cooperate with our due diligence and onboarding process.
  • Conduct all necessary KYC/AML and suitability/appropriateness checks.
  • Provide compliant documentation and disclosures.
  • Manage the client relationship for all investment matters.
